Return Policy

At Photomotive Group, each product is custom-made specifically for the customer. Because of the personalized nature of our photography, artwork, and showboard products, we maintain the following return policy:

Custom Products

All custom products, including showboards, prints, digital artwork, and personalized items, are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun or final design approval has been provided.

 

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production. Photomotive Group is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, image selection issues, or design changes requested after approval.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Damage

Products damaged during shipping must be reported promptly so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier if necessary.

 

Color & Image Variations

Printed colors and image appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Minor color variations are not considered defects.

 

Order Cancellations
